Private Coaching With PPR
How I coach…
I coach people as an athletic coach would encourage his/her players except I do it in all aspects of life: career, financial, relationships, self esteem, communication skills - you name it. My job is to help you organize your mind and your life. I do this by teaching tools to simplify and manage your physical life and combine it with exercises to make your thoughts work FOR you instead of against you.
For a first session, I ask that you prepare a list of three to five things you want to achieve while working with me. For this session, we will talk about these goals and start to build a practical plan of action of how you are going to achieve those goals. And by practical, I mean what steps towards these goals you can realistically accomplish by our next session.
In between our sessions, I urge you to check-in with me DAILY (see below) and let me know what actions you have taken towards your goals. I also encourage you to check in even if you have not done anything!
How Often Do We Speak?
I offer the following coaching packages. Please note you only commit to one month of coaching at a time!
3 half-hour sessions per month tailored specifically to you and your goals, including access to the 24/7 check-in line and unlimited email access to get your last-minute questions answered.
OR
Anywhere from 2 to 4 fifty minute sessions per month tailored specifically to you and your goals, including access to the 24/7 check-in line and unlimited email access to get your last-minute questions answered.

Policies and Payment
Coaching can be done in person or over the phone. Sessions can be done in your office, however an additional travel charge may be applied.
Cancellations: Because of our fast-paced world, all cancellations and rescheduling MUST be done before 8 PM EST or the session will be forfeited. This also applies if I call you for a session and am unable to reach you at our appointed time.
If you wish to cancel and not reschedule, 24 hours notice is required.
Payment:
Full
payment for the month's coaching session MUST be paid by the first session.
Payment is accepted via Paypal. However, other forms of payment can be arranged
with advance notice.
